Michael’s love affair with wine began when he was a medical student many years ago.
When working as a waiter in a holiday job, he tasted a glass of Non Vintage Krug Champagne and was hooked from that moment on.
A Francophile from an early age, he was weaned on the big guns of Bordeaux & Rhone valley but also loves the wines from lesser known areas of SW France, such as Madiran, Bergerac & Jurancon.
There is nothing he loves more than sniffing out great wines for under £25 from the lesser known regions of France, Italy and Spain and share them with family & friends.

It took Andrew a little longer than his Dad to appreciate the finer things in life but he has made up for this by drinking twice as much in half the time.
Andrew has spent the last 6 years working in the wine industry and has first had experience in both the on & the off trade. He has done vintages in SW France, Sicily and England and is working towards his WSET Diploma.
For red wines Andrew prefers lighter styles such as Beaujolais, Sangiovese & Pinot Noir. For the whites he enjoys refreshing styles often from lesser known wine producing countries such as Austria, Greece & Croatia.
